Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sawmli (sawmli.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Sawmli is a facility management services marketplace that connects businesses seeking FM services with verified providers in Saudi Arabia. Sawmli provides the platform for discovery, RFQ submission, quote comparison, and provider selection. Sawmli does not itself provide any FM services.

3. Account registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One account per person or business entity
  • FM provider accounts require admin approval before activation

4. User responsibilities

As an SME buyer, you agree to:

  • Submit RFQs in good faith with accurate information
  • Respond to providers in a timely manner
  • Honor accepted quotes unless both parties agree to modifications
  • Pay providers directly for services rendered

As an FM provider, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate company information including a valid Commercial Registration
  • Submit competitive and honest quotes
  • Deliver services as described in accepted quotes
  • Maintain valid business licenses and insurance as required by Saudi law
  • Respond to RFQs within the timeframe indicated in your profile

5. Platform rules

  • Do not use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Do not submit false or misleading information
  • Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Do not attempt to circumvent the platform by taking transactions off-platform
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform

6. Sawmli's role and limitations

  • Sawmli is a marketplace platform, not a party to contracts between buyers and providers
  • Sawmli does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any FM service
  • Sawmli does not verify the accuracy of provider claims beyond basic CR number validation
  • Sawmli is not responsible for disputes between buyers and providers

7. Fees and payments

Sawmli is currently free for all users. When we introduce fees, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance. All payments for FM services are made directly between the buyer and provider.

8. Reviews and ratings

  • Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine experience
  • Sawmli reserves the right to remove abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent reviews
  • Providers may report reviews they believe violate these Terms

9. Intellectual property

  • Sawmli and its logo, design, and content are the intellectual property of Sawmli
  • Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Sawmli a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform

10. Account suspension and termination

  • Sawmli may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • You may close your account at any time via profile settings or by emailing sawmli.app@gmail.com

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawmli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as Sawmli is registered in Ajman Free Zone. Any dispute shall first be attempted through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ajman, UAE.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
